How accessible this website is
We want every part of BossInvestor to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, use only a keyboard, need larger text, or find low-contrast colours hard to read.
The standard we follow
This website is built to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard SEBI’s circular on digital accessibility points to. The BossInvestor app has its own statement, under Profile, Accessibility.
What you can do
- Use the whole site with a keyboard alone. Press Tab on any page to reach “Skip to main content”.
- Zoom your browser to 200%, or hold your phone either way. Nothing is cut off.
- Use a screen reader such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver.
- Turn on reduce motion on your device and the site stops animating.
What does not work well yet
- PDFResearch reports and KYC documents are PDF files that a screen reader may not read in order. Write to us and we will send the same content in a form you can use.
- VideoStrategy explainer videos do not have captions yet.
- PartnersPayment (Razorpay) and Aadhaar e-sign open pages run by those providers. We cannot change how accessible those pages are.
If something does not work
Tell us and we will fix it. Our compliance officer is responsible for accessibility, and we reply within five working days. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use.
If you are not satisfied
You can raise it with SEBI through the SCORES portal, scores.sebi.gov.in (opens in a new tab), which has an Accessibility category.
