We use Razorpay as our payment gateway/service provider to process subscription payments on the Platform.

• BossInvestor does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials on its servers.

• Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay and/or your bank/payment network as per applicable security standards.

• We may store limited payment metadata such as transaction ID, payment status, amount, plan purchased, and timestamps for accounting, reconciliation, customer support, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

• In case of refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or disputes, transaction details may be shared with Razorpay and relevant banking/payment partners to resolve the issue.

• Activate and manage subscriptions
